I first began my work as a psychologist/behavioral consultant for Oakland Schools. I have served as an elementary principal in the Centerline PS, Executive Director of Student Services in the Lake Orion Community Schools, School Superintendent for the Suttons Bay PS and Glen Lake Community Schools, Executive Director of Special Education and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Labor Relations in the Grosse Pointe Public School System, Superintendent of Schools for the Grosse Pointe Public School System, Deputy Superintendent for Kalamazoo Regional Services Agency, and Executive Director of Human Resources for the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District. I have also been an adjunct professor for Oakland University, Grand Valley State University, Oakland Community College, Eastern Michigan University, Saginaw Valley State University, Delta College, and Western Michigan University. I believe in assisting students, teachers, and parents to best understand the unique learning styles and profiles of the individual performance to help improve and assist the student each and every day.

I have been married for over 35 years. I have two children, ages 30 and 23. I have one dog (Charlie) who is a Corgi. I am the Junior Varsity tennis coach at Oxford High School and the Varsity golf coach at Oxford High School. I like to run and I have competed in half and full marathons.
