Dear Oxford Middle School Parents and Guardians,
The district will be hosting a series of in-person forums to discuss recovery efforts and seek community input from parents and caregivers. Separate opportunities are being planned for OHS staff and other district parent groups. Topics of discussion for these forums will include safety and security, social emotional learning, community outreach, and mental health. The input gathered will help to inform the Three-Year Recovery Plan.
Please open and complete the attached google form for more details and to sign up to become a forum participant. For the most effective forum experience, participation will be limited to 20 people per forum and participants for each forum will be chosen randomly by a name picker web tool.
Responses need to be submitted at least two business days prior to the forum you are wishing to attend. Those chosen by the name picker web tool to participate will be notified via email from the Assistant to the Superintendent, Angela Weaver, the business day prior to the forum date.
