Strategic planning for Oxford Community Schools is in full swing! Behind the scenes, district administrators have been working diligently to lay the groundwork for this important initiative, ensuring all voices and ideas are carefully considered.
The first community forum on January 22, 2025, was an incredible opportunity to engage in meaningful dialog with parents, staff, students, and community members. One focus was to learn more about the importance of a strategic plan and the phases of development. Participants were able to share their hopes and aspirations for the future of the district as well as provide feedback on draft Vision and Mission statements as well as core values.
